    = 1 + 2*cos(x/2) * sin(x/2)

    = 1 + sin(x) = 5/4

    所以 sin(x) = 1/4

    考虑x为第二象限角,有

    cos(x)= - sqrt(15/16)

    [sin(x/2) - cos(x/2)]^2

    = 1 - sin(x) = 3/4

    考虑x为第二象限角,有 x/2 为第一象限角,大于45度,

    故 sin(x/2) - cos(x/2)=sqrt(3/4)

    sin2x+cos2x

    =2sin(x)cos(x) + 2cos(x)cos(x) - 1

    将sin(x) = 1/4,cos(x)= - sqrt(15/16)代入即可
