Nowadays, more and more students are suffering from myopia, which is a permanent defect of short sightedness. In my perspective, Myopia has affected our nation gravely and the leading cause of such issue is the heavy school work during in teenage years.
At the golden age of growing up, students spend their whole day sitting inside classroom listening to lectures or doing homework without doing any outdoor exercises. Their course grade was the most important to them and their teachers at that time. Wheras, study has clearly indicated that the higher prevalence of myopia in Sydney was associated with decreased hours of outdoor activities. As their eyes did not get enough rest day by day, they start to experience the physical disformity of sight.
