All right与OK在使用时有没有语法区别?

that's right = that's corret,即：是的,正确；
that's OK 好的（比如朋友问过会儿去做什么你说去看电影他说：That's ok）
all right = OK,即：好的.（比如在问路时别人指路,你可以答all right）
that's all right 没关系.（你不小心撞到别人,别人说sorry,你就可以说that's all right）
It's OK.= it's all right.没关系（比较少用）
