两者用法完全不同
the same as 和...一样 （后面只接名词,介词或者相关的短语）
例：
Just the same as always.
就跟往常一样.
as .as ...像...一样（表示同级的比较,两个as之间要加形容词或者副词）
例：
This film is as interesting as that one.
这部电影和那部电影一样有趣.
