Hello!I try my best to answer you question.Stocks and shares also mean 股票 in chinese.(I think you are asking that)Shares is a more gerneral and common name as I know,Stocks is a more professional name,we use stock instead of shares in accounting and business management.Mortgage means 按揭 in Chinese,when some people want to but a house and get not enough money,they will borrow some loan that especially for buying house form a bank,we called this kind of loan as mortgage.debenture means 债券,as a bond,but we alway call short term as a bond,long term as a debenture.(I am not really sure the term of debenture)
