How to Keep Healthy
It is important for everyone to keep healthy.
I think get up early is good habit . on the one hand we can do more things ,on the other hand it is good for our health.well ,we can read good book ,because we can broaden our eyes to the outside world .And we can help others ,we may learn more things.
we should not keep long fingernails .Ii is bad for us.It is bad for our body to stay up late.we had better saty up early to keep our heathy.
