There are so many people like me don't make a good plan for their diet,I will always feel hugry in class becuse I didn't finish my breakfast.And I believe that many people love fastfood like me,but it was so fatty that makes us fat.
Then I found that we should take something that can replenish our power and witamins and make us more healthy such as noodles,rice,milk,bread,eggs,vegetables and fruits.
