1.I have to say that having an interview is the most stressful to me.
Well,I am kind of perfectisim,and used to make a lot preparation for what I am going to perform,especially interview,you see,an interview contains much things,the manners,the things I am going to talk,and the outcome,and the most important is that I am trying to persuade the interviewee about myself.so I think that gives me a lot pressure.
2.well,that depends,if they are new here,and interested in Chinese culture,I will choose Beking opera,or if they all male businesspeople,tennis will be a good choice,for we can get closer in the playing.
3.notes stuck on board or fridge
we can not only depend on memory,and it is not convenient take a notebook all the time,but notes are easy to carry and are eyecatching,so,I often use this way to plan what I am going to do.
4.In my opinion,making good presentations come first,only in this way,the staffs can easily get the idea of what and how to do according to the manager's presetations,and I think this can be equivelant to the qualities of giving orders and making suggestions.
By the way,I think the other skills are also necessary to a good manager.
