With the increasing of the living standard,more and more people are paying great attention to their health.Hower,not all the people know how to keep healthy.Well,in my opinion,first,it is necessary to keep a blanced diet,we should eat more vegetables and fruit,such as apples,pears and so on.We had better not to take too much meat and fat,which would do harm to our health.Second,it is important to do regular exercises,including running,swimming and playing ball games.Exercise can build up our bodies.Third,it is essential to keep high mood and renew our spirits and release our stress.Whatever happens,just take it easy,tell yourselves everything wil go well.
