1) Grade 12 is the hardest and the most rigorous time period of anyone's schooling career. Under the massive pressure and expectations from your teachers, parents and even yourselves. It is hard to uphold your dreams when they are right in front of you. During grade 12, we do not only have to complete current assignments but at the same time revise for what we have learn t in the past years. Assignments stacks upon another and time seems precious, we lose time for sleep everyday and find ourselves in distress on a daily basis.
2) Pressure can result in abnormal behavior in ones' daily act. Someone may react extremely sensitive to certain topics under pressure and this makes it difficult to approach them. After being pressured over a long period of time, people find themselves unable to relax under any circumstances and this may lead to mental illness if not treated properly.
3) The best way to reduce pressure is to have proper time management. Knowing when to do what and actually doing them as planned makes a great difference. Pressure originates from the core of someones' disbelief in their own ability. Most of the time it is due to the limited time they have to complete the task they have been given. Therefore, planning will reduce a significant amount of stress for any grade 12 student.
We are all fighting, no one is alone.
