从中文意思上来理前者是在电话里交谈,后者是在电话里讲,不妥当
从词意上来说：talk强调说的内容,speak强调说的动作,不强调所说的内容 .作及物动词时,常以某种语言作宾语.
为什么是 talking on the phone 而不是 speaking on the phone?
