  • As middle-school students,many of us face great pressure.Too much pressure can lead to health problems.We may become forgetful,unwilling to eat,sick or overweight.In order to reduce our pressure,we should find ways to relax.We should do sports or take part in some activities that we enjoy.Listening to light music and getting enough sleep are also good ways to relax.The most important thing,however,is to be confident in ourselves.
