Abstract
The aim of the operation of the capital management is to increase revenue, to lower risk, to increase profit. The core of which is the use of capital and the raise of money. It all boils down to this: cash management, receivables and inventory management, promotion of the economic benifits, and reduction of the operational risk. This article studies the status quo of the capital management of Northern Felt Co., Ltd.
The article aims to comprehend the specific condition of the operation of the capital management from the three aspects of cash management, receivables and inventory management. It aims to chase down the problem, and to propose related solutions and measures through combinition of theory and practice. It also aims to achieve the efficient operation of money of the company, the reduction of the operational risk, and the promotion of sustainable development of the company, by means of standardizing cash management, establishing credit management system of recievables, and strengthening inventory management.
