空格处缺的是宾语 而D显然不能作为宾语从句 如果想用D的句型 则需要在he前加个what 带入到其中作为宾语从句 而且时态也要改变 因为不记得他告诉我什么显然是已经发生过的事儿了 所以应该为what he told me就可以选D了
