可以啊,few（否定）/a few（肯定） + 可数名词复数

little /a little + 不可数名词

例如：a few apples就是有几个苹果,那few apples就是没几个苹果了..（也就是少于5啦..）

there is a little water in the glass,在杯子里有一点点的水

there is little water in the glass,在杯子里几乎没有水
