应该是If it doesn't rain tomorrow,we'll go hiking.和If it isn't rainy tomorrow,we'll go hiking.吧.因为这样的句子不能没有主语.
如果你前一句成立的话（因为我的英语水平也不能算很高,只是刚好看到而且也刚好学到）,那么前一个句子中的rain是动词,后面一个如果前面是isn’t,那么应该是rainy,因为rain没有形容词的词性.
