The Principle of Automatic Control
Course Description:
"The Principle of Automatic Control " is a core course for students of Automatic Control engineering. It contains basic concepts and principles, analysis methods of automatic control systems that is widely applied to the field of industry, agriculture and high-technology areas. In order to training the practice ability of students in automatic control design, six hours experiments are planned. The MATLAB software and the simulation based on it are Introduced too.

Introduction to design of feedback control systems,
Properties and advantages of feedback systems,
Time-domain and frequency-domain performance measures, stability and degree of stability.
Root locus method, nyquist criterion
Frequency-domain design
System compensation
Analysis of discrete time control systems.
