The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring ,if necessary in co-operation with the appropriate other contractor,that all items of electrical and mechanical equipment are erected,maintained in good condition and commissioned under appropriate invironmental conditions which shall be approved by the Engineer.
合约（双方）者应该对安全保障负责,如果必要和其他的合适的合约者合作的情况下.所有的被安装的电子的和机械的设备的条款,应该被很好的维护,在合适的环境下投入使用.而且应该由工程师批准.
