1. thorough 彻底的, 完全的 adj. 是一个形容词 ,是修饰名词的.

例：Give the house a thorough cleaning.

把房间彻底打扫一下.

2. entirely 完整地,全部地 adv. 是一个副词

例："For him, this will be an entirely new hobby."

这对他来说是一种完全新的爱好.
