Dear customer,
Sorry for being late. I would like to ask for one week more to dispatch. We estimated the delivery date according the original planning and unfortunately most of the skilled and experienced operators left the company and we got to recruit new operators into production. The new ones are not familar with the operation at the beginning and meanwhile we would not compromise the quality and therefore it is a bit late for us to deliver as we ever estimated.
What's more, the local admin controled the powersupply due to the limited capacity recently. Your understanding is highly appreciated. We have put all the efforts on this and the following shipment won't be affected anymore in future.
