I like jogging
Nowaday people more and more care for their health.So they take exercise from time to time.Different people like different sports.Some would like ball games,some are keen on running,some prefer swimming.As for me,jogging is my favorite.Every morning,before breakfast,I take a jogging of about half an hour.And in the afternoon,I do the same thing after supper.Jogging has become part of my life and it has done good for my health.It builds up my body and makes me happy .
