What is diploma?What is experience?What is the relation between diploma and experience?
Nowadays it is hard for a graduate to find a good job.Most of them who have a high diploma still cannot be hired because of lacking working experience.
Some companies take emphasis on diploma,and some on experience.
I found that some companies want to employ persons with two or more years' experience.So,I think ability is more important.
Nowadays,I think about whether read for the degree of PhD.whether it is worth take so much time in studying.If you only have diploma and have less ability,everything is fruitless.Because the diploma only shows you have finished the school work and can not represent your ability.
Now many companies refuse to employ the student who has just graduated from university and less and less people choose to take part in exam for graduate student.So I think in the university,students should join varieties activities to practice your ability and accumulate experience.
So,my view:experience is more important than diploma.
But of course,if you have both diploma and experience,it's the best!
