To a company or a department,we need new blood and new ideas.To a good company,the human resources is relatively steady.
When the benifit of a company could not be higher or keep the level,we should look for the reason.If it is because of some people from a department who could not do the work well,we should adjust the distribution of the personnel.
Let me make an example with the HR and the Markting Department.
To the Human Resources Department,it does not need as many people as the Marketing Department.So,at the begining when we interview,we should control the number of the employees on that department.We need a well educated and efficient manager who could keep balance on the distribution of the whole company.
To the Marketing Department,we need a good manager and many salesman.
Now,the benifit of the company is not well.But all the people of the company did well.We can held a meeting,talk about who would be better on doing the job.
