A: hmm, is true that it can be quite unreliable, but still it's a convenient method which provides a variety of choice for shoppers.
B:Well, I would still prefer the traditional shopping, I get to see the real stuff instead of only seeing the pictures as sometimes the pictures might be deceiving.
A: This is one of the bad thing for online shopping, I don't get to see or touch the item.
