Buyer will prepare the "Inspection request" based on the purchase order and the packing list provided by the vendor,the inspecter will perform the inspection after received the "Inspection request",issue "Inpsection Release Report" if the quality is acceptable,otherwise issue "Inspection Reject Report" to return the goods back to the vendor.
