Use to share the system of precipitation method get chaff Quan the hydrogenetion Cu-Cr-Ba catalyst that makes the mellow wine of chaff ,have studied that preparation condition is for the influence with active catalyst.
Experiment in have investigated mainly PH value,ageing time,ageing temperature and sediment temperature the active influence for catalyst.Research result shows that pH changes rate when worthing between 4.0-5.5,along with the increase of pH value and selectivity also along with increase.When ageing time is identical,as aging ,the increase of temperature,the transformation rate of catalyst and selectivity increase; When ageing temperature identical ,along with the increase of ageing time,selectivity and the transformation rate of catalyst reduce is little; Along with the increase of sediment temperature,the powder batch pile of catalyst than and flat pile than increase; Pile is lacked the more than big the more big catalyst transformation rate and selectivity.
