All we need to do is to avoid as much distraction as possible（=we can）.比较好

distraction为（分心,为抽象名词,）distractions解释为另人分心的事物,我想您应该想要表达避免分心吧?

ps ：as.as possible =as.we can =as.as it is possible（其中第一个as为副词,第二个为连词）

两个as之间的成分一般为形容词.副词.或者形容词加名词.
