英语翻译我想说一下关于会议室里的音响问题,因为在很多时候,我们去问客人对我们的服务有什么意见时,很多客人会反映我们的音响

I want to talk about something with loudspeakers.When I asked our customers if they got some advices on our services,mostly,they said that there is a big problem with loudspeakers.The sound is muffled,and it's not qualified to our standard.Although we would explain,but they think we should provide the best services and the best facilities because we are Four Seasons.Sometimes we felt awkward.

As you konw,these facilities have been used for 8 years.It's too long to repair them.
