1.My Diet And Lifestyle
Hello,everyone!My name is Shi Yi.I'm 14 years old.I'm very slim.This is my diet and lifestyle.
I like eating vegetables and fish.I often eat rice with them for lunch and supper.For breakfast,I usually drink some milk and eat some bread.I dislike fruit.I love snacks.I often go to sleep late at night and I get up early in the morning.I seldom do any exercises; so I'm not very healthy.
Now,I plan to change my diet and lifestyle,because I want to be healthy.I plan to have some fruit and not to eat too many snacks.I think it's important to drink a lot of water every day.I also plan to do some exercise every morning.
I hope I can be healthier soon.
2.I like traveling ,for it is a activicy that combines a lot of happiness and recreation.
when I feel very tired as well as I am free,I wanna go traveling .Not only can I enjoy the beatiful nature and freash air,but also make friends with others .Therefore I will forget how tire I used to be ,even keep me more healthy.
However ,there are also many trobles on it.for example,the changeable weather always cause your plan change.Besides,running into some theves is something that always happen .
So,you must do the full preparation,and to have a good knowledge of the weather.Moreover,you had better go with your friends so that you can take care of each other ,and donnot forget to watch out for dangers.
