if you want to be strong and healthy,you should do all the thing that is good for you health.
first,you must have a sufficient Sleeping,it is very important for you because it is related to the energe that you will have in the following day.so you should early to bed,early to rise.about the meals ,you should have you three meals in time and eat like a bird which is good to digest.plus,be sure washing your hands before meals.when you reading and writing,please be sure that the light is enough for you.when you have spare time ,you can go out and do some exercise or breath the fresh air.
