you should be sure your apearance is clean and tidy,including proper suit,proper hairstyle,glasses and tie.Pay attention to your behavior in detail,for example,you should walk neither too fast nor too slowly,look at others into the eyes when you are speaking to them,smile when you shake hands,never tremble your legs when you sit.think it twice before you answer questions,speak as clearly as possible.say "thank you" when someone helps you,say "excuse me " when you have to trouble or draw others' attention.Generally speaking,you should be polite and easy going.
