Physical:
Exercise on a daily bases;
Sleep early and avoid sleeping in;
Have a balanced diet,do not eat to much sweets,or other foods that are high in sugar and calories.Fruits and vegatables are great.
Have a daily routine,follow it strictly.
Stay away from drugs,alcohol and other substances.
Emotional:
Be open to friends and family,do not try to surpress your feelings.Express with a good manner,do not let your emotions take over you.
Be sure to know what kind of event might trigger what kind of emotion in you.
Social:
Be polite and behave as a normal being in social environments.
Spiritual:
Have a sense of purpose in life,and set goals.
