    采用正交试验设计,以乌药醚内酯的含量为指标,选用L9(33)正交表进行试验.考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、润药时间对乌药醚内酯含量的影响.结果

    确定最佳方案为:润药时间为30min,加6倍量90%的乙醇.结论 采用梯度渗漉提取工艺是一种较好的提取乌药中乌药醚内酯的方法.
