Spring Festival is a traditional festival in China,It is on Jan.1st on lunar calendar.In Spring Festival, many Chinese people like wearing new clothes and buy presents for their relatives and friends.But do you know where does Spring Festival come from?Let me tell you.
In ancient times/At first,people sacrificed wine and sheep to gods to thank them.Then,a king said : "Jan.1st on lunar calendar shall be the New Years Day. After that, ,people play firecrackers,play "dragon",wear new clothes on that day.
At last ,Sun Yat-sen said "Jan.1st is the Spring Festival".
Now,Spring Festival is very famous, we like it very much! This is how Spring Festival formed.
