11.PREPERATION OF SHIPMENT 装运的准备
Packing and preservation of the Goods shall be made by the Vendor in a manner adequate to withstand transportation to the Work Site in accordance with the requirements contained in the Requisition.
卖方应对‘货物’进行保护与装箱,并根据‘请购单’的要求确保包装能承受运输至工地途中的碰撞.
Marking and shipping of the Goods shall be made by the Vendor in accordance with the “Packing,Marking and Shipping Instructions to Vendor”.
卖方将根据“卖方的装箱、标记唛头与发运指南”负责‘货物’的标记和运输.
The Vendor shall be responsible for any loss and damage caused to the Goods by improper packing and preservation and shall at its own expense including export packing and transportation costs to the Work Site and customs duties and as promptly as possible make all repairs,replacements or supplements of the Goods as is necessitated by such loss and damage.
由于不适当的包装与保护导致‘货物’的任何遗失和损坏,卖方将承担责任并尽可能迅速地对相关的遗失及损坏进行修理、更换或补充；所涉及的费用,包括出口包装、送达工地的运输费及进口税,将由卖方承担.
