I have three advantages.
No.1 : my major. my major is English teaching.(虽然我的英语不是很好,这一句个人认为不需要带), Although my English is not good as a professor , i have certain basic English . so , i believe that i can do ithe job very well with my work and your help.
No.2 :my character. i have both outgoing and diffidence . i 'm zealous , sonsy and getting along with others easily . At the same time , i also have the character ,concentration carefulness and being a good listener,that the diffidence person have .
No.3,my backgrond ：i 'm from other city , what makes me know the guests better than others.i 'm able to let them feel like at home .
No.4 : my experience . i had been a practice English teacher and practice the teacher in charge. they are different ,but they have the same method which is service . i service for students before .Now , i will sevice for my guests.
