Leadership and Scientific Decision-Making
Abstract:The quality of corporate leadership plays a determining role in the decision-making process with vital influences on whether the decision is right or whether the process is reasonable.The final decisions as well as what effects the decisions will have on the business development and how long the effects will show off,in turn,is directly related to the leadership capabilities and is deciding the future of the business.Therefore,we must fully recognize the role of leadership in scientific decision-making and find out the necessary qualifications for corporate leadership to make right decision,so that the leadership could be improved to ensure a democratic and proper decision-making process.
The paper presents the necessary qualifications for leadership in decision-making at the start before a detailed description of political,knowledge,capability,physical and psychological qualifications for leadership.
Secondly,the paper states the concepts,standards,principals and procedures of scientific decision-making.
In the last part,the paper briefly analyzes the interrelated relationship between leadership and scientific decision-making.
