B,首先at 和in 的用法没弄清楚,in 是用在大地点的,比如in tha airport,in China 等等,当然也不排除特例.at 是用在小地方的.比如at home ,此处表达的是医院,所以就用at 表示,我们可以用名词所有格表示地点,医生办公的地方就是doctor's,Lily的家里就是Lily's.综上所述所以选B
