In the contemporary world, music are more and more close to our life. Although we cannot utilize music on a daily basis, the history of music is entwined with the history of human civilization, more precisely, languages, because as one of the human specie’s relatively few ability, which can date back to thousand years ago, music is not confined to entertainment purpose, but also to learning and therapy. Being a high school student, some doubt that listen to music may interupt our study. While others insist listen to some music during learning time can effectively relax our brain and improve our work efficiency. I am personly agree with the later view. Because firstly, music has been recorded for therapy function for at least thousand years, which is believed by all therapist that music, especially classical ones and religious music, can positively affect individual`s physical healthy, as well as emotional healthy. Moreover, a recent research conducted by Stanford University also revealed that music can enhance the effectiveness of the immune system, as well as cause a drop in blood pressure.
