My clothes has stayed as ready for shipping for 2weeks since i placed the order.You must've left my order behind for some reason.So,I would like you to confirm that my items are wrapped for shipment.
and by the way,EMS shipment serial numbers start from EE not EK,you have made mistakes in the first place.
