其实就是意思的不一致：
前者,常用意思是 站起来；
后者,常用意思是 起床.
但请您区分,当二者意思差不多的时候：
stand up:to be on your feet 站起,站立,起立
get up:to stand up after sitting,kneeling,etc.起身,站起,起来
两个例句：There were no seats left so I had to stand up.这个句子里,你用 get up 就不太合适!
The class got up when teacher came in.这个句子里,你用stand up 也是可以的.
