On our weekly rotation of meals for dinner are:Spaghetti Bolognaise,Tacos,Ham & Mushroom Fettucine,Beef Chow Mein,Chicken Schnitzel Sandwiches (family favourite),Fish with Mash & Veg,Honey Mustard Chicken with the occasional roast & takeaway thrown in!we mainly eat fruit in the morning,like Oatmeal with half a banana,Cinnamon,and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract;Half a kiwi;Raspberries;Raisins;
Strawberries;
Unsalted cashews;
and raw almonds.however,in different season,my family would cook different meals for breakfast,like Egg beaters scramble with onions,peppers,tomato,mushrooms and some of my dads homemade salsa,then two pieces of Nature's own sugar free bread,toasted.One was plain and the other had pb and j,etc.for lunch,we had some ribs,maccaroni and cheese made from scratch,diet vernors diet ginger soda,and some cornbread with butter on top.AFTER THAT,I had a spicy tuna sashimi and avocado rice bowl,one of my favorite neighborhood lunches.So good.
