Hello everybody!It is a great honour for me to make a presentation here.What I would like to share some of views is keeping a good diet in these days.As the majoririty of us live in the school busying for their study so that I could make sure some of them don’t have breakfast in the morning and they like have snacks in the school’s shortest rest instead of breakfast.On the other hand,some students eat so much that they become over fat.Moreover,some students develop the habbit of dietary bias.They just eat what they want to eat or what they like.As we all know that people are aesy to get the unhearlthy condition’s trend,for these unbalanced lifestyles.
What we eat everyday is indespensable part for our bodies,so it is essential for us to keeep a good diet in daily life.In my opinion,some effective measures should be taken into accuont,which should not have been overlooked.Firstly,we should have a great taste of diverse food.In every meal we can eat rice,vegetables,fruits,meat and so on,so we can take in various nutrition to keep our bodies balanced.Secondly we should eat a certain volume of food at a certain time so as to avoid devouring and irregular eating.It is helpful for us to make our gastrointestinal system digest what we eat.Finally,we'd better not stimulate our stomach and avoid eating what is too hot or too spicy such as chilli and pepper or drinking alcohol.If you follow these advice,I think eating can be an pleasure part of your life.That's all.Thank you for listening to it.
