Everybody knows,smoking is bad for our health.Many people want to give up smoking.But that is too difficult to do.Now I have an idea to help who want to give up smoking.You can smoke ten times today.And tomorrow you can smoke nine times.The day after tomorrow you can only somke eight times.You can smoke one time less than the last day.You can eat few cachou or sweets that can help you forget to smoke.Just do as this,I am sure you will soon give up smoking.Make a healthy body is important for everybody.From now on,break with your bad habit of smoking!
