首先注意appreciate接非谓语动词作宾语时只能是ing 形式,这样便可排除BC
动名词的逻辑主语（ I ）是give 所表动作的承受者,故用被动式 （注意give 结构 give sb sth) 从而排除A the opportunity 是give 的直接宾语
