  • when i feel worried about my future,i'm really sad and stressful.At that time,i will release my negetive emotion by eating something or taking a walk.it is better if there is a friend keeping u company.then i will call one and say:"i need your help!i have a lot of problems!i would like to talk to u for a minute."we will talk about our dreams,and what we will do in the future.we encourage each other to realize our dreams!it is a great time for me,for him,and for our friendship!
