首先，请问是什么“出不了”，如果是别人邀约你外出，你不能外出，就可以说：I am sorry that I can not go out next Monday.
但是如果是和客户之前约好要下周一交货，但现在由于某些原因不能在下周一准时交货，那就不能这么说了，得说：I am very sorry for we can not provide the products in time(next Monday).
