After a three-month internship at the plant, I learned about the production process of a stator, structural principle, is an important part of three-phase asynchronous motors. Divided into three-phase asynchronous motor stator (stationary part) rotor (rotating part) and the cover (supporting role) bearings (connecting fixed and moving parts part) bearing end cover (protection of bearings) fan (cooling motor). Motor in our lives now become an essential in the production of goods, motor runs good performance of three-phase asynchronous motors running, and will save all kinds of materials, production flourished in life. Different rotor structure, can be divided into three-phase asynchronous motor cage and wound two. Cage-rotor induction motor of simple structure, reliable running, light weight, cheap, has been widely applied, its main drawback is the speed control difficult. Wound-rotor three-phase induction motor stator and rotor also sets a three-phase winding through slip rings, brushes and external rheostat connection. Adjust rheostat resistance regulation can improve starting performance of motors and motor speed. Because of its importance, as well as my combination of working and learning in the school of learning in practice-related knowledge, so I use this as my topic, surveying and mapping, and UG modeling it, I believe that the topic on my machine CNC knowledge increase will have a very big help.
