【Abstract】 The co-infection of AL-J and MD occurred in a flock of 26-day-old layers in Hubei province was observed in pathological.The results showed that there had numerous gray nodules of needle-cap or thumb on the surface of liver and myocardial by visual inspection.There were also cord-like or multi-focal form of lymphocyte proliferation and scattered myeloid tumor cell proliferation in the tissue of liver,spleen,lung and myocardial by histopathological observation.
