可以改也可以不改.
如果你期待否定回答要改成any；但是如果你期待别人给出肯定回答,或者用附加疑问句就要用some,用whbrian的例子就是：
1 Do you do any reading in your spare time? 你课余时间不读书吗?/你课余时间读不读书啊?（有一种怀疑的态度）
2 will you do some reading in your spare time? 你有空的时候会阅读吧?（态度柔和的询问）
3 You do some reading in your spare time, don't you? 你有空的时候会阅读的,对吧?（自己已经认为答案是肯定的了,只是想确认一下）
